My name is Brian Rudy. I’m a brother, a son, a father and a swole mate :). I’m just like anyone else, except I decide to chase my dreams and goals inside and outside the gym. I became the athlete I am today because of my rough past with weight battling and my supportive family and friends. Without them I don’t know where I would be.
I currently train 5 to 7 days a week, my type of training is body building .
My dietary advise for others is stay true to your heart, and always think is the flavor now worth the heartache of the scale later? Count your macros and eat clean. Eating clean this month will create next months body.
I discovered powerful yogurt while searching online for supplements and alternatives for my meal prepping. What I love about PY products is that from a nutrition standpoint PY is second to none. From caloric intake and protien content, PY is at the top of the game. No question. The taste is unbelievable and once you start, it’s hard to stop.
Any bar is my favorite, and my favorite of the yogurts is banana and mango.
A killer weekend would be with me and my gorgeous daughter and girlfriend spending time together, at the beach or a resort, just laughing and enjoying each other. Throw in a hike and gym sesh…. Now that’s living
