Hot Water Directions
1. Remove lid completely.
2. Add ⅓ cup boiling water.
3. Stir well and let stand for 1-2 minutes.
Adjust water to desired thickness. Additional space included in cup to prevent product from boiling over. Cup is for single use only.
For me, trying to get 225g of protein per day in a 2500 calorie diet is hard. Anytime I can find alternative protein rich products to jerky, whey, tuna, salmon, etc. I am all ears.
